If you utilize the Service in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, Yackie Mobile may terminate your access, block your future access, and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse indicate is proper. Yackie Mobile also reserves the right to refuse service and cancel your account for any reason it deems reasonable without previous notice. Yackie Mobile may modify this Agreement or any content on this website at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement and this website periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. By purchasing this or any one of our services you are stating that you have read, understood, and agreed fully to our Policies and our Terms and Conditions.
* YackieMobile.com protects the sensitive personal information of our customers as carefully as we protect sensitive corporate information.
* YackieMobile.com has links directed to other pages, that include, but that are not limited to partners, affiliates, strategic alliances or others. YackieMobile.com assures that the information collected within our website will never be shared with unrelated third parties except where required by law or in accordance with our policy to protect our customers, company resources and related third party resources from fraud, abuse, and misuse. YackieMobile.com does not make any representations about the privacy policies or the content of these other pages once the member or client has left our page.
* When entering our website, the user acquires the responsibility to provide correct and true personal information, as well as to update the data whenever it is required.
* All our members authorize explicitly to YackieMobile.com to reveal their personal information to the authorities and legal governmental beings when required by law or policy.
* Your e-mail will be used as your login name, and for YackieMobile.com to be able to offer statements of account online in real time. In certain opportunities, we will send information via e-mail about new products, services, specials or important information about the use of our services.
* In order to have access to the services of YackieMobile.com, it will be necessary to register. Customers are identified with a User Name and Passcode/Password. The registered data will have to retained by the user, who assumes the sole responsibility for this information. If the user forgets his/her Passcode, YackieMobile.com will deliver it by means of an e-mail, or on the phone if the customer calls our customer care department to request it and can prove their identity.
* When processing credit or debit cards for purchases we must obtain from our clients their full name, email address, billing address, credit/debit card account number, CSC (security code)/CVV, expiration date, and other pertinent information. This allows us to reduce the risk of fraud and abuse.
* In order to make a purchase using credit cards, the client must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card. YackieMobile.com does not allow persons to charge transactions using credit cards of relatives or extensions of relatives who do not fulfill the minimum age requirements. Also, shipping and billing addresses must be the same.
* The request for purchase sent by the user through our Web site, will only be considered effective once verification by one of our customer care team specialist is performed via telephone. YackieMobile.com customers accept that YackieMobile.com reserves all its rights to change its Policy of Privacy at any time without prior notice.
US laws govern this Agreement and Your use of the Service. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction for any claims or disputes with Yackie Mobile through its administration at Yackie Telecom Inc. or any of its affiliates, employees or agents to reside in US courts in Delaware. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. You hereby submit to the exclusive US jurisdiction for any claims or disputes with Yackie Telecom Inc. or any of its affiliates, employees or agents. Other company agreements are incorporated either by reference or by having been published on the company website and accepted by the customer through application for or use of the service. Void Where Prohibited
This site is accessible worldwide, but not all features may be available in every country. Any offer for any product, service, feature, or function offered on the site is void where prohibited.
* Make sure you are using Yackie Mobile access numbers when placing a call; Yackie Mobile is not responsible for misdialed numbers resulting in charges by your local telephone company. There might be from time to time, changes in area codes, city codes, and other calling information beyond our control. Yackie Mobile is not responsible for any charges you may incur with your local telephone company due to these errors. The customer assumes all responsibility of such, and must verify that information on this webpage is accurate before utilizing the service. Yackie Mobile will not be responsible in cases (including but not limited to) such as incurring long distance charges by local phone companies due to Yackie Mobile local access numbers or areas belonging to them having such errors.
* The information in this agreement is subject to constant review due to changing government laws and regulations. YACKIE TELECOM INC shall not be held responsible for loss or damage caused by errors, omissions, misprints, or misinterpretation of the contents hereof. YACKIE TELECOM INC expressly disclaims all and any liability to any person, whether a user of this service or not, in respect of anything done or omitted, and the consequences of anything done or omitted, by any such person in reliance on the contents of this agreement.
* If you accept any promotion, such as a free month of service, a low-introductory rate, a rebate or other incentive, there may be a term commitment associated with the benefit you accepted. Your term begins the date you activate the new equipment or accept the promotion and ends on the last day of the commitment period. The commitment period will be disclosed as part of the promotion. If you disconnect service prior to the end of the commitment period, you agree to pay Yackie Mobile a recovery fee for the promotion and/or promotion you accepted. Recovery fees are cumulative and in addition to any other charges or fees you may owe Yackie Mobile and any fees or charges that Yackie Mobile requires upon disconnection of service. Each recovery fee is an amount equal to the difference between the price you paid and the regular price of the good or service at the time you accepted the promotion.
Yackie Mobile occasionally releases newsletters for its latest products, services, special deals, and other business related news. The newsletter service is free and can be subscribed online at the time of registration or by sending a request to or calling our Customer Service. Yackie Mobile disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security, misprint or reliability of the newsletter releases. The user may unsubscribe from this service at any time by contacting our Customer Service by phone calls, or e-mails.
(a) Unlawful
* You shall use the Service only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to immediately disconnect your Service without notice, if, in our sole and absolute discretion, we determine that you have used the Service for an unlawful purpose. In the event of such disconnection, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a disconnection fee, if applicable, all of which will become immediately due and payable upon disconnection of your Service. If we believe that you have used the Service for an unlawful purpose, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, Yackie will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, lawful government requests, subpoenas, court orders, to protect its rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.
(b) Inappropriate Conduct
* You shall not use the Service in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or any similar behavior. We reserve the right to immediately disconnect your Service without notice, if, in our sole and absolute discretion, we determine that you have used the Service in any of the aforementioned ways. In the event of such disconnection, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a disconnection fee, if applicable, all of which will become immediately due and payable upon disconnection of your Service. If we believe that you have used the Service in any of the aforementioned ways, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, Yackie Mobile will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, subpoenas, court orders, to protect its rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others. Furthermore, Yackie Mobile reserves all of its rights at law and equity to proceed against anyone who uses the Services illegally or improperly.
* NO NEED TO CHANGE CARRIERS. Yackie Mobile long distance services can be used with your home, office and cell phones and with any other private touch-tone phones. Your flat domestic rate will vary depending on the plan you choose. There are no access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. Worldwide customers may open an account. Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time offer (s) are only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and with a calling plan purchase. All rates and applicable charges are subject to change without notice or in accordance with legal requirements. Domestic and international rates vary based on the state or country called. Calls terminating at wireless receivers will usually be charged a higher rate. All calls are billed in one (1) minute increments. Government mandated taxes and fees apply per each call. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan and Canada and other international destinations. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity. By purchasing any one of our services you are stating to have read, understood, and agreed to our Policies and our Terms and Conditions. Yackie Mobile shall have the right, at any time and without notice, to add to or modify the terms of this Agreement, simply by delivering such amended terms to User by email at the address provided to Yackie Mobile by User or by posting the changes on our websites. User's access to or use of the Service after the date such amended terms are delivered to User shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such amended terms. User agrees to review these Agreements periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event that User does not agree to modifications made, User's only remedy is to cancel the Yackie Mobile SIM Card and all services with Yackie Mobile that they currently hold.
