A. Yackie Mobile is a world GSM SIM card offering zero roaming fees with a coverage of over 200 countries worldwide. Users can make calls, send and receive SMS, check their voice mail and even use our DATA service with their phone. Yackie Mobile also supplies users with an international calling account via VoIP (computer or WIFI phone). This international calling account will allow users to save even more while calling abroad or receiving calls within their country.
B. Yackie GSM SIM cards are easy to use and take less than 3 minutes to install. First you need an unlocked (tri or quad band recommended) GSM phone. While discussing BANDS your phone needs to have access to the GSM network in that country. Yackie recommends the purchase of quad band handsets as they will cover all frequencies. To install a GSM chip into an unlocked phone, most handsets require the removal of the backing and battery; behind the battery is the GSM SIM card slot. Remove any old GSM card and replace with Yackie Mobile world GSM card. Make sure to insert the SIM following the handset guidelines. Make sure the cross cut corners lines up with the small diagrams next to the card slots. Once installed replace the battery and backing on the phone. Now turn on the unlocked handset and enter the PIN number (found on Yackie SIM holder Card). After entering the PIN the handset will register on the best suitable network. Placing a call is simple, just dial 00 and the number you wish to call, country code first followed by city code then number. Almost instantaneously you will be called back and the communication will be established.

C. The Yackie VoIP account is an added value feature that offers our customers further savings on communication. Customers who have access to the internet or have a Wi-Fi handset can use their FREE SIP account and software to make “over the internet calls”. In most cases, these internet calls are less expensive than using your GSM SIM card. Simply go to the Yackie VoIP page and download the end user calling software. Mobile phone Wi-Fi users can do so on our mobile phone’s page. Once installed you just need to dial. Your VoIP balance is connected to your GSM Yackie balance and will draw from this account. You can call Yackie VoIP users for free. Setup your SIP account at home with a gateway connected to a regular phone, use your computer with the soft phone or download any application SIP compatible application for you Wifi compatible phone and start saving even more.
D. As a Yackie Mobile user you have the option to select extra incoming phone numbers to choose from more than 35 countries. Whether you give it to your friends, family, business partners they will be able to dial it and you will be receiving the call on your Cell phone with your Yackie SIM card. Now callers can dial locally and reach you all over the world.
Examples: You are China and your business partners are in France. Give them your French number and they will reach you by calling locally. Your family is in Brazil? Add a Brazilian phone number they will call locally and you will receive the call wherever you are. Imagine the money saved …
E. Select which phone you want to ring. Either your cell phone with your Yackie mobile SIM card or your softphone if you are connected to the internet. Imagine you travel and locate a WiFi hotspot, you turn on your computer or open the application on your WiFi cell phone and you will be able to continue receiving your calls and make them more cost effectively using our VoIP services. To top it all, you will be able to have your VoIP or your Cell Phone ring simultaneously if you choose to.
F. Aside from huge savings, Yackie offers a suite of telecom products. Our competition not only charges more for calls but offers less with a smaller worldwide coverage. G. Your Yackie account is good for life although if left unused your balance is only good for 1 year. Yackie customers incur no monthly fees provided the service is being used. Accounts that lay dormant longer than 4 months or 120 days will lose their GSM mobile phone number and their SIM card service will be closed. Regular VoIP balance will remain for the 1 year. Users who wish to keep their numbers and SIM ACTIVE WHILE NOT USING THE PRODUCT FOR LONGER PERIODS THAN 120 Days must acknowledge and apply for the 1.5 EUR no usage monthly fee. If your GSM card is ever disconnected due to non-usage, a new card can be issued for the cost of shipping and handling and if done so within a year, your balance resorted. The year timeline begins from the date of last usage.
H. If you have lost your GSM card a replacement card can be mailed to you at customer's expense. In most cases, your mobile number will be lost. Customer is responsible for shipping only.
